1. Quartz sand filterQuartz sand filter is to remove suspended
solids in water, sediment, colloid, impurities such as large
particles, reduce the
turbidity of water treated with quartz sand water pollution index
SDI 4 or less, can prevent the fouling of reverse osmosis membrane
surface
(including CaCO3 and CaSO4, SrSO4, SiO2, iron, aluminum oxide,
etc.), prevent the colloidal substances and suspended solid
particulate
fouling, prevent organic matter and microbial fouling, protection
of reverse osmosis membrane;
2. Activated carbon filterActivated carbon filter
is mainly through the chemical adsorption of activated carbon,
remove the odor, organic matter, iron and residual chlorine in the
water, at the
same time, reduce the color of the water, turbidity, reduce the
pollution of reverse osmosis, after the treatment of residual
chlorine ≤0.1 PPM
3. Security filtersPP cotton filter element with a diameter of 5um
was built in to remove particles with a diameter of more than 5um
that could
not be disposed of in the previous pretreatment process, so as to
protect RO membrane from less pollution and ensure the safe and
normal
operation of RO reverse osmosis membrane 3. Water softenerThe water
softener is mainly used to replace calcium and magnesium plasma
in the water by sodium ion resin to reduce the hardness of the
water and protect the good working conditions of the reverse
osmosis
membrane in the subsequent reverse osmosis system
4. Reverse osmosis main engine partThis section includes the
reverse osmosis
membrane, membrane shell, associated piping, valves,
instrumentation, flushing system, and electrical control system.The
reverse osmosis
membrane adopts the original imported dow membrane or other brands
of reverse osmosis membrane from the United States. The
desalination rate of single branch membrane is ≥ 98%, and the
conductivity of reverse osmosis water production is < 10us/cm.
